Came promptly, one of the fastest out of the many stuff I bought on 11.11. It's a little big for girls and thus chafed at the webbing between my thumb and index finger, but I cut and sewed the problem part and it's mostly resolved my wrist pain problems. Brace feels firm and very slightly flexible, excellent for people who spend many hours holding their mouse and working on their computer. I saw a digital artist wearing it, so I got one too and it works better than I hoped. Wearing it all the time while at the computer now. Only caveat is that it can get a bit sweaty wearing it during hot days, but if you're in cold offices you should be ok.
